Is There Any Money Involved?
Applying is free. If you are approved for a rental and move in through Carrington Rentals, a flat monthly service fee is added to your rent:
• Rooms: $50/month
• Apartments & Houses: $80/month
This service fee allows you to pay rent with your credit card, earn card rewards, strengthen your credit profile, and maintain greater financial flexibility without needing large amounts of liquid cash upfront.
Can I pay rent with a credit card?
Yes. Approved tenants can conveniently pay rent using their credit card.

We work to ensure listings on our platform are reviewed before being published.
